The hotel is situated in a lovely village with charming walks in the countryside. The rooms are modern with special little touches like an ironing board and iron and a comfortable bed. The service, led by Sarah, the manager, is exceptional, making guests feel truly welcome. The dining experience was somewhat mixed, with local fresh products but some dishes served less than hot. The location in an old market town is delightful, and the hotel offers great value for your money.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly cozy and had a huge four-poster bed that was super comfortable. The view from the room wasn't the best as it overlooked some bins, but for the price we paid, it was still worth it. The walk-in shower was a nice touch too.

The staff, especially Sarah, the manager, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The high standard of service was evident in every interaction. However, it would have been nice to see the manager or owner smile a bit more.

The hotel is located in a lovely village with picturesque country walks nearby. The olde-worlde restaurant added to the charm, and I would happily stay here again when in the area. The 'secret tunnel' recommended by the staff was a fun discovery!
Dining

The dining experience had its ups and downs. The food served was lovely, but unfortunately, some items, like the bacon, were too fatty. The main issue was that the food arrived on less than hot plates, so it was lukewarm at best.

The hotel had great facilities overall, with room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry services available. The pet amenities were a nice touch for travelers with furry companions.

My stay at the hotel was delightful, with clean and comfy rooms and super friendly staff. The location was fantastic, close to charming villages and lovely walks in the countryside. However, the dining experience fell short with food served on less-than-hot plates and the Wi-Fi had an additional cost.
